Description:eFresh is a bespoke content management system. It combines content management, document management and email campaign management. It was used by Renault to manage 20 different variations of a monthly newsletter targeted at customers and prospects at various stages of the purchasing lifecycle. Each variation included a printable version, an online version and an email version. The separation of content from presentation within the system allows the content to be reused across the variations where required. eFresh can also handle the broadcast of emails internally or through a third party. For Renault it was integrated with the Epsilon email broadcast solution (DreamMail) via the DreamMail API.
